To achieve this we provide a number of additional skills and services designed to deliver real value - In style!
So whether it's helping put together an exciting and rewarding sales lead generation plan, assisting with proof of concept trials through engineering support, or becoming a proxy for technical support and post sales service, we have designed a range of bespoke services to help create a difference and have a bigger impact!
To help our customers gain the knowledge, get experience of pitching newer technologies or concepts, we've designed a sales reward programme to add a bit of fun and interest to working with VADition.

Sales training - get sales or technically trained in any 2 of Juniper's advanced product sets and you're on your way. Every well-presented proposition has quality accessories to amplify the brand, a little difference, but it can mean a lot!
REWARD - 100 points - gets you cuff links and tie/scarf.

Getting your first Collar - GET TWO CUSTOMER TRIALS IN PLACE

To begin - all we're asking is you get the advanced products in front of your customer and prospect base and get any 2 of them to trial the products. We'll still be competitive on the pricing, in fact, instead of 'taking the shirt off your back' - - we’ll provide you with a new one - a made to measure shirt from one of Mayfair's most exciting bespoke shirt makers.
REWARD - 500 points - gets you a tailor made shirt or blouse – made to measure and to your exact detailed spec, including choice of cloth, collar design and cuff detail.

Suits you Sir - MAKE THAT FIRST SALE, THAT’S AN ORDER

A tailor made suit, is as good as it can get. This ain't off the shelf, but measured by an expert tailor, at your office or in their outfitters in St James. Again, you choose the style, cloth, colour and design and much like our value adding services, we'll produce the bespoke suit!
REWARD – 1000 points – any sale over £20,000 gets you the first suit. After that, points are collected at 200 points per £10,000 spent with VADition

The final Touch – HAND MADE SHOES

No matter where you buy your shoes, one always fits better than the other – so why not get a hand made pair of shoes made from one of the finest boot makers in Germyn Street. Collect over 2000 points and we'll whisk you away to St James to get your feet moulded, pick your design and six weeks later you'll have a custom designed pair of hand made shoes.

In addition to the bespoke, tailor made rewards, members of our scheme that collect individually or collectively as a company more than 6,000 points, will qualify for a place on our trip to Milan, the home of style and design, from where we'll hit the ski slopes of the Italian Alps for a trip not to be forgotten!

Registration
Registration is open to all sales and technical people with our partner companies. Technical members will be rewarded points based on being technically trained on at least 2 of our vendor products, achieving technical accreditations and then will collect points on the amount of spend placed by the partner at half the rate of a sales person. Once you've spent your points, you lose them. All points collected, no matter if spent, will count to the trip to the Italian Alps.

2. This is a 'cronological' programme and participants can only go through each tier once.
3. Once passed the finish line participants qualify for the skiing trip
4. Eval kit must either be purchased or loaned from VADition
5. Only orders placed on VADition will count towards your total
6. Orders cannot be split or shared with colleagues
7. The VADition programme committee will resolve any disputes
8. The VADition programme committee's decision is final on all resolutions
