F5 Networks selects VADition to spearhead ARX® Series storage opportunities with new UK resellers
LONDON, UK, August 2nd 2010 - VADition, the value adding distributor, has today announced a distribution agreement with F5 Networks that will drive UK reseller opportunities for F5’s storage solutions, including the award winning ARX® Series of file virtualisation platforms. F5’s introduction to VADition’s portfolio continues the distributor’s commitment to partnering with vendors whose technology consolidates, automates, accelerates and innovates IT processes, reducing IT opex and enabling the ‘social enterprise’.
Borne of key strategic acquisitions made in the last 2-3 years (most notably, Acopia Networks in 2007), F5’s ARX Series of file virtualisation devices enable enterprise IT teams to dramatically simplify data management and reduce storage costs. Resellers which capitalise on the technology are able to exploit growing market demand for data migration and storage tiering, as well as capacity balancing applications.
