TOP RESELLER SALESPEOPLE GO ON THE PISTE IN THE ITALIAN ALPS

VADition rewards individual reseller sales and pre-sales people, as well as their companies, as part of its Velocity incentive programme


LONDON, March 17th 2010 - VADition, the value adding distributor, will be taking the top 17 reseller sales and pre-sales people from its partner base to an Italian ski resort later this month as recognition for netting the most loyalty points in the VADition Velocity incentive programme.  The party will enjoy an all-expenses paid trip to the exclusive Courmayeur resort for a three-day break at the end of March.

Individuals rack up points on the Velocity programme for completing a range of sales-related activities including customer meetings held, technical webinars attended and sales revenues achieved.  These points are mirrored with the partner organisations to trade-in as credit for professional marketing support, demand creation campaigns, and training courses.  The programme is delivered in coordination with vendors Infoblox, Isilon, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks and Riverbed Technology. 

“Velocity has proved extremely popular since we launched it in November with over 100 sales people signing up. The success of the programme is due to it recognising and rewarding both individuals and the partner company, the latter of which can trade in its points for credits on training and other value adding services,” commented Barrie Desmond, business development director at VADition.  “Now they can celebrate their success thousands of feet above everyone else, because next month they will all be back on an even footing.”

“We haven’t decided on the big incentive for the next quarter yet,” added Desmond.  “But with the World Cup on the horizon you won’t go far wrong betting on a football theme.”
