Internal Sales
You're either considering a move into sales or are already in your first sales job but looking for something a bit more challenging and exciting. This role involves making calls to both reseller partners and end user organisations, arranging appointments, creating sales opportunites and informing clients of our latest news. Opportunities to progress to account executive and then onto account manager are limited only by your imagination and performance. And whilst this is very much a ground floor position, the role requires a self starter capable of working unsupervised whilst delivering on agreed targets. A good basic and results driven bonus scheme combines to create an attractive salary for the right candidate.
Pre Sales
One of the most important roles in the company, pre sales define and influence the complete 'prospect-to-customer' experience. Whilst being technically adept and commercially astute, our pre sales people are prepared to roll their sleeves up to do what it takes to win. From quotation and tender preparation to assisting in product and technology selection and getting actively involved in proof of concept trials and equipment staging, our pre sales people are busy and rarely bored. Candidates should have similar experience in a busy and dynamic environment or be looking to broaden their excellent technical skills in installation or help desk to a more commercially demanding position. A sound knowledge of IP, Networking, storage and security, whilst desirable, is not essential.
Post Sales
Getting the order is only half the battle, delivering the complete customer experience depends on the post sales activity like help desk, installation and commissioning and advanced technical support. And with the philosophy that a 'complaint is a gift' we very much see post sales as the start point to the next order, not the end point to the last. With a personality and professional credentials to match, candidates should be technically able in IP, security, servers, storage and connectivity. And whilst we're not looking for someone with experience across all these disciplines, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, good at working under pressure, and above all - has great people skills and is willing to learn.
