What is "Drive"?
"Drive" is a self administered web based rewards portal, it is designed to encourage our channel partners and their employees to be proactive.
How does it work?
The system is fuelled by a Vendor "Call to Action", this will clearly define all criteria along with a points value. Both sales and technical employees can respond to the "Call to Action", and providing all criteria has been met the "Response" will be approved and the points awarded.
How does an Individual earn points?
Registered Individuals can earn points by responding to a vendor "Call to Action".
How does the Company earn points? Every time an Individual repsonse to a Vendor "Call to Action" is approved by VADition, the points detailed will also be awarded to the Reseller.
Can a Company buy Individual rewards?
The company account holder can also buy Individual rewards to offer to other members of staff that are not necessarily registered within the "Drive" portal.
My company hasn't signed up to the programme how can I join?
You can only be registered to Drive if a senior member of your company has signed up to the programme. They can do this by registering their interest here and we will send them a link to complete their registration
I have been invited by my manager, but I haven’t received the email?
Unfortunately we cannot resend invitations, however if you go to the Drive login page you can press “forgotten password” and your password will be resent to you enabling you to log into the portal and complete your registration.
I have a meeting booked but how do I get a Campaign Code?
The Campaign Codes can currently be found on the “Earn Points” page of the VADition website. The campaign code will be the Campaign Number under each Call to Action. Campaign codes are tied to a Call to Action.
I am trying to register a meeting in Drive but the Code is not recognised?
Please make sure that you are entering the code
exactly as it appears on the Call to Action page, if you continue to have problems please contact
drive@vadition.com
Do I really have to complete two forms?
Sometimes a Call to Action will require you to complete a Deal Registration Form online as well as entering your meeting details on the Drive portal. These two forms have very different purposes the Deal Registration form is for project protection and the Drive portal is needed to ensure that approved meetings can have their points allocated. Although we are looking to change this, currently if you are looking for Project Protection and Points you will need to complete two separate forms.
I have gone to register my meeting but the Campaign Code is no longer valid?
Firstly check that you have entered the details correctly, if this still doesn't work check under the “Earn Points” page on our website to check that the Campaign Code you are using is still available. We are constantly changing the Call to Actions and if it is no longer listed then it means that Call to Action has no ended and you can no longer submit meetings under this code.
Do I really have to take a Vendor into the meeting with me?
Put simply, yes. The vendor has overall say as to whether a meeting will be approved to receive points; if they are not invited to join they are then not in a position to validate the meeting.
How do I track what meetings I have booked and their approval status?
Currently the system doesn’t allow you to see this information on the portal, please contact
drive@vadition.com to obtain this information.
How long will it take till I see points in my account?
Once the meeting has taken place, the vendor will approve or decline this for receiving points. Points will show up immediately in your account once the approval has been given and you will be notified by email of any approval or decline. The approval should take no longer than 1 working week to come from, however if you have not received this information after this time please contact
drive@vadition.com
How do meetings get approved?
We go through a two stage process, once the meeting has been entered into Drive an email will be sent to you with the Vendor and VADition account manager copied in, confirming that this meeting has been received. You will be notified that you will need to liaise with said Vendor to ensure they are present at the meeting. The vendor at this stage will highlight any concerns to the meeting taking place. Once the meeting has taken place, the vendor will inform VADition that the meeting has taken place and met the criteria of the Call to Action, and points allocated in accordance with this feedback.
Can I register any meeting I have?
No. Any meetings that are registered with Drive
have to be connected to a relevant and valid Call to Action. The meetings have to fall within the criteria detailed on the dedicated Call to Action pages.
