Rioja Day 2007

Over 100 people from the Channel and Vendor community joined VADition for its Annual Rioja Day Charity event in November - a date firmly fixed in the diary by Messrs - Ledger and Morris as it was the 10th in a long line of events the pair have put on during their long and illustrious careers in the channel. And what a day it was with over £16,000 being raised for local children's charities - thanks to the generosity of Sponsors and bidders in the annual auction that followed a 18 hole shot gun event. Ian and Neil personally wish to thank all those that participated and contributed this year - especially as the amount raised takes the rolling total through the £100,000 mark - thanks and well done to all the winners !

And finally Mr Peddy holds aloft an artists impression of Mr Ledger Working - it had to be an artists impression as no one has officially seen Mr Ledger actually working for long enough to take a photo !!!
