Our relationship with FedEx allows us to lever the vast investment they have made in National, European and Global operational and logistic supply chain systems, providing our customers with excellent turnaround on supply and delivery schedules, whilst our large investment in our web based CRM and Supply Chain Management portal affords us the ability to provide a light touch, but very efficient and pleasing customer experience.
From an international perspective, FedEx’s position as the operator of the world’s largest fleet of aircraft allows us to provide service level agreements that are hard to surpass. Next Business Day to Europe and North America are typical and 48 Hours to most other parts of the world enables us to provide IT supply chain solutions that are dependable, yet very much affordable. And in recognition of the dynamic and critical nature of IT solutions, we can hold advance spares and stock holdings ‘in theatre’ at a number of strategically placed hubs around the world, thereby further enhancing our capabilities. In essence, VADition’s capability to deliver to its partners technology solutions that deliver them higher business margin is built on the core foundations of its Logistics Operation.
